Carbon Black

Carbon Black is produced by the incomplete combustion of heavy petroleum products. This product has various comercial applications from the production of tires to the primary base material of many pigments.  Recent global regulations have pushed the carbon black industry to explore the best available air pollution control technology to reduce NOx.

Our DNX^® catalyst is perfectly positioned for this application, particularly our ‘tri-modal’ pore structure that will prevent catalytic masking and blockages within the substrate from ultra fine particulate.
